Is the chemistry right?
The first interview serves to get to know each other and to see whether it fits us both personally. Of course, coaching is always a matter of trust, which is an extremely important aspect of working together.
Coaching / re-test
We start your way into a new body and self-confidence by adapting your training, nutrition and recovery perfectly to your needs.
Regardless of the service with which I support you, we will carry out re-tests at regular intervals in which we check the effectiveness. If the desired success does not materialize, we analyze the reasons for this and develop a new individual training concept.

We clarify open questions about personal training, online coaching or nutrition and can discuss further details such as initial goals, wishes or costs.
The initial consultation is of course non-binding and free of charge.
Diagnosis
If you decide on coaching with my support, the next step is a very thorough anamnesis. I take a close look at your strength, coordination, flexibility and endurance. Together we uncover physical weaknesses, tension and misalignment. It gives me insights into your current state of health and is the basis and prerequisite for the best possible tailor-made coaching.
Goal achieved!
Now is the time to set new and higher goals that we can either work on together or you can use what you have learned to achieve your goals in the future.
