What is personal training?
Personal training or individual training is the physical and, if necessary, mental fitness training as part of personal and individual support from a trained trainer.
This means that I will pick you up where you are, regardless of whether you are a beginner, re-beginner or advanced.
I am your personal companion and motivator, promoter and supporter on your way to your very individual, sporting goals.
Unfortunately, “personal trainer” is not a protected term, even a weekend seminar turns the amateur athlete into a licensed personal trainer. Therefore, you should always be critical when looking for the right one.
Get an idea of his or her work, how he or she presents himself. Clear open questions and the answers give you a first feeling about his work and approach. A personal trainer should be able to tailor personal training to every customer need.

How much does personal training cost?
The price for a training session depends on the amount of support, the content, your goal and the number of training sessions per week.
It is important to me that everyone receives a training session designed for them, which is also adapted to their budget. In order to guarantee a high quality of support and training success, 60 minutes per training session is ideal.
